摘要
用户侧储能对象为终端用户,具有数量多、布局分散、接入灵活及规模较小的特点.文章概述了用户侧储能规模发展现状与影响,并在剖析其中存在的关键问题的基础上,分别从接入标准、价格机制、综合服务3个层面提出了针对性的解决对策,以供参考.
Abstract
The user side energy storage object is the end user,which has the characteristics of large number,dispersed layout,flexible access and small scale.This paper summarizes the current situation and impact of the development of user-side energy storage scale,and on the basis of analyzing the key problems,puts forward targeted solutions from the three levels of access standard,price mechanism and comprehensive service for reference.
