文章探讨了电力调度的复杂性、动态性及不确定性,剖析了这些特点对电力系统运行的影响,并针对电力调度运行中的风险控制存在的问题提出了相应的优化对策,以期为电力调度运行提供指导.
Abstract
This paper discusses the complexity,dynamics and uncertainty of power dispatching,analyzes the influence of these characteristics on power system operation,and puts forward corresponding optimization countermeasures for the problems existing in the risk control of power dispatching operation,in order to provide guidance for power dispatching operation.
