国能宿州350 MW机组6号炉长期以来一直存在着屏过超温的的现象,最高超温记录达到625℃(报警值555℃),无论是高负荷还是低负荷,启停炉还是启停磨过程中,超温现象一直存在且问题一直没有得到有效解决.由于锅炉的偏烧和屏过的频繁且大范围的超温,给机组的安全稳定运行带来很大的影响及事故隐患,这也是长期困扰着生产运行人员的难题和影响机组安全运行的一道难以逾越的屏障.文章针对6号炉屏过超温问题的分析,是经过多年的运行调整和事故分析及现场研究总结出来的,且这些研究成果通过对现场屏过超温的调整分析证明其方法恰当且有效.
Analysis of Reasons for Over Temperature of #6 Furnace Screen of Guoneng Suzhou 350?MW Unit
The#6 boiler of Guoneng Suzhou 350 MW unit has been experiencing screen over temperature for a long time,with the highest recorded over temperature reaching 625℃(alarm value 555℃).Whether at high or low loads,the over temperature phenomenon has always existed during the start-up and shutdown of the boiler or the start-up and shutdown of the grinding process,and the problem has not been solved.Boiler over burning is the main cause of screen overheating,but the specific situation and reasons for over burning are not very clear.This has also been a long-standing challenge for production and operation personnel and an insurmountable barrier that affects the safe operation of the unit.This article focuses on the analysis of the overheating problem of furnace screen#6,which I have summarized through years of operation adjustment,accident analysis,and on-site research.These research results have been proven to be Appropriate and effective through the analysis of on-site screen overheating adjustment.
