摘要
FPSO(浮式液化天然气生产储卸装置)是集生产、储油、卸油为一体的海上浮式生产储卸油装置,是专门用来开采深海油气资源的高端大型海洋工程装备,是海洋油气开发的重要组成部分.电缆施工贯穿整个FPSO项目的建造、调试过程,与电缆施工相关的工作主要有托架安装、电缆敷设、电缆接地与接线等.以某FPSO建造过程电缆施工过程中出现的问题为依托,对电缆托架安装工艺、电缆敷设工艺、电缆接地与接线工艺进行分析总结与改进,可对FPSO建造项目的工期、质量、安全等方面提供强有力的支撑和保障.
Abstract
FPSO(Floating liquefied natural Gas production,storage and unloading unit)is an offshore floating production,storage and unloading unit that integrates production,oil storage and unloading.It is a high-end large-scale offshore engineering equipment specially used for exploitation of deep-sea oil and gas resources,and an important part of offshore oil and gas development.Cable construction runs through the construction and commissioning process of the entire FPSO project,and the work related to cable construction mainly includes bracket installation,cable laying,cable grounding and wiring.Based on the problems in the cable construction process of an FPSO construction process,the cable bracket installation process,cable laying process,cable grounding and wiring process are analyzed,summarized and improved,which can provide strong support and guarantee for the construction period,quality and safety of FPSO construction projects.
