随着工业领域的发展和汽轮机系统的广泛应用,提高系统运行效率和降低能耗成为重要课题.本研究基于大数据技术,针对汽轮机循环水泵进行改造与优化.通过分析变频技术的原理和优势,以及大数据技术在汽轮机系统中的应用,设计了基于大数据的汽轮机循环水泵变频改造方案.通过实施该方案,可充分利用大数据分析和变频技术,提高汽轮机系统的运行效率,提高系统的稳定性和可靠性.
Study on Variable Frequency Technology and Circulating Pump Optimization in Steam Turbine System Based on Big Data
With the development of the industrial field and the widespread application of steam turbine systems,improving system operating efficiency and reducing energy consumption have become important issues.This study is based on big data technology and frequency conversion technology,aiming to transform and optimize the circulating water pump of steam turbines.By analyzing the principles and advantages of frequency conversion technology,as well as the application of big data technology in steam turbine systems,a frequency conversion transformation scheme for steam turbine circulating water pumps based on big data was designed.This plan includes the design of data collection and monitoring system,data analysis and diagnosis algorithm,and frequency conversion control strategy.By implementing this plan,big data analysis and frequency conversion technology can be fully utilized to optimize the operational efficiency of the steam turbine system,improve system stability and reliability.
