一种抗台风叶片锁紧装置控制系统研究

沿海地区的风力发电机组每年都会遭受台风袭击,这要求风力发电机组需具备在台风中生存的能力.台风发生时,风机停机,叶片收回为顺桨状态,变桨电机尾部电磁刹车锁定叶片,但随着电磁刹车长期磨损,电磁刹车抱闸力矩减小,无法保证叶片在台风等极限载荷工况下锁紧叶片,以致叶片被吹离顺桨安全位置,发生位移甚至旋转.早期研发的叶片锁定装置需要进入轮毂,人工操作锁定叶片.若是机组数量大,不仅需要很早开始锁定叶片,而且费时费力,降低发电量.文章阐述了一种既安装简单,又可远程自动控制的叶片锁紧装置,对风力发电机组具有重要意义.
A Control System for Anti Typhoon Blade Locking Device
Wind turbines in coastal areas are hit by typhoons every year,and wind turbines need to have the ability to survive in typhoons.When a typhoon occurs,the wind turbine stops and the blades retract to a feathered state.The electromagnetic brake at the tail of the pitch motor locks the blades.However,as the electromagnetic brake wears out for a long time,the holding torque of the electromagnetic brake decreases,which cannot guarantee that the blades will be locked under extreme load conditions such as typhoons.The blades will be blown away from the safe position of the feathered blade,causing displacement or even rotation.Moreover,the early developed blade locking device required entry into the hub and manual operation to lock the blades.If the number of units is large,it is not only necessary to start locking the blades early,but also time-consuming and laborious,reducing power generation.The new blade locking device is an electrically controlled mechanical action for locking,which is safe and reliable.It can also be remotely controlled by PLC to lock the blades.This article describes a blade locking device that is easy to install and can be remotely and automatically controlled.
