Research on Benchmarking Evaluation Method of Line Loss Management Level of City and County-level Power Grid
In order to solve the problem that the current regional line loss management evaluation method only focuses on the level of line loss rate index,but it is difficult to comprehensively evaluate the line loss management ability of power grid enterprises,this paper puts forward a method of line loss management level standard evaluation.Firstly,based on the objective characteristics of the region,the clustering analysis method is applied to divide the standard groups at city and county level scientifically;secondly,the evaluation index system of line loss is constructed from the five dimensions of power grid structure and equipment attribute;finally,the comprehensive score of regional line loss is calculated based on the grey correlation analysis to realize the standard evaluation of the management level of line loss in similar areas.
