Research on Damage of Mountain Photovoltaic Module Junction Boxes and Diode Breakdown Treatment
In order to explore and treat the problems of damage to mountain photovoltaic module junction boxes and diode breakdown,and improve the stability and reliability of photovoltaic systems,this article first analyzes the reasons for diode breakdown,and then explores the treatment methods for mountain photovoltaic module junction box damage and diode breakdown,including improving materials and manufacturing processes,strengthening installation and maintenance management,reducing temperature,and preventing thermal breakdown.Research has shown that by taking comprehensive measures,the risk of system failure can be significantly reduced,and the reliability and durability of photovoltaic systems in complex mountain environments can be improved.These research results have practical guiding significance for the design,manufacturing,and maintenance of mountain photovoltaic systems.
