Application of Auxiliary Climbing Device in Maintenance of 220kV Indoor Transformers
The removal of the primary pile head lead of transformer casing is a common step in transformer maintenance and testing work. For outdoor transformers, maintenance personnel can often use bucket trucks, spider carts, etc.to remove the casing and lead wires at once. However, due to limitations in site conditions, existing climbing devices often find it difficult to assist maintenance personnel in dismantling and assembling the primary leads of the casing in indoor environments. Therefore, this article designs an auxiliary climbing device that uses transformer sleeves to raise the upper and lower flanges of the seat for fixation. On site use has proven that the device has advantages such as high safety, good portability, and easy installation. While ensuring the safety of maintenance personnel,it greatly accelerates the maintenance speed.
