摘要
文章通过实地调研和比较分析等方法对电力企业在数字化转型的过程中所面临的状况进行调研分析,调研电力企业目前的状态及存在的问题.根据电力公司目前软硬件设备管理不统一、业务系统功能不完善等问题与核心需求提出实施规划,帮助电力企业进一步实现数字化、信息化、智能化,让企业更好地发挥信息化在增强核心竞争力方面的战略作用.
Abstract
Through field research and comparative analysis,this paper investigates and analyzes the current situation and existing problems faced by power enterprises in the process of digital transformation.Based on the current problems of inconsistent software and hardware equipment management,incomplete business system functions,and core requirements of the power company,an implementation plan is proposed to help the power company further achieve digitalization,informatization,and intelligence,so that the enterprise can better play the strategic role of informatization in enhancing core competitiveness.
