摘要
随着信息技术的快速发展和电力市场的深度改革,基层供电企业面临着巨大的挑战和机遇.数字化转型是基层供电企业提升竞争力和服务水平的重要途径.文章从基层供电企业的现状和问题出发,分析了数字化转型的必要性和意义,探讨了数字化转型的目标和路径,提出了数字化转型的实践策略,包括建立数字化转型的组织架构和文化、推进数字化转型的关键技术和应用、构建数字化转型的支撑平台和体系,以及数字化转型的监测评估和持续改进等方面,旨在为基层供电企业的数字化转型提供参考和借鉴.
Abstract
With the rapid development of information technology and the deep reform of the electricity market,grassroots power supply enterprises are facing enormous challenges and opportunities.Digital transformation is an important way for grassroots power supply enterprises to enhance their competitiveness and service level.Starting from the current situation and problems of grassroots power supply enterprises,this article analyzes the necessity and significance of digital transformation,explores the goals and paths of digital transformation,and proposes practical strategies for digital transformation,including establishing an organizational structure and culture for digital transformation,promoting key technologies and applications for digital transformation,and constructing a support platform and system for digital transformation,Monitoring,evaluation,and continuous improvement in implementing digital transformation.This article aims to provide reference and inspiration for the digital transformation of grassroots power supply enterprises.
