Analysis on the Transformation of Multidimensional Lean Management System in Power Grid Enterprises
In the face of increasingly fierce market competition,diversified customer demand,rapid technological innovation and changing policy environment,power grid enterprises need to deeply change the management system to enhance the core competitiveness.Based on this,the introduction of multi-dimensional lean management system has become a key path,which starts from multiple dimensions such as customer value,strategy,organization,process and personnel to achieve continuous improvement and optimization of power grid enterprises.By analyzing the status quo and existing problems of the current management system of power grid enterprises,and combining with specific implementation strategies of the change,such as phased implementation,strengthening internal communication and staff training,and establishing incentive and recognition mechanism,the paper deeply discusses the necessity and implementation methods of the multi-dimensional lean management system reform.
