摘要
电能是目前社会发展中不可缺少的基础能源之一,为了进一步降低园区终端户用电成本,提升终端企业获得感,深圳供电局大力推动园区改造后资产接收工作,对接收后的园区进行公变管理,实现终端户企业抄表到户,理顺权属及服务关系,打造工业园区供电新模式.文章主要研究一种便携式园区终端户不停电换表仪,以实现不停电更换计量装置,大幅提升了用户的用电体验.
Abstract
Electric power is one of the indispensable basic energy sources in the current social development.In order to further reduce the power consumption cost of terminal households in the park and enhance the sense of gain of terminal enterprises,Shenzhen Power Supply Bureau vigorously promotes the reception of assets after the renovation of the park,carries out public change management of the park after the reception,realizes the meter reading of terminal households and enterprises to the home,straightening out the ownership and service relationship,and creates a new power supply model of the industrial park.This paper mainly studies a portable meter changer without power failure for terminal households in the park,so as to realize the replacement of metering devices without power failure and greatly improve the user's electricity experience.
