摘要

为全力配合做好电力系统优化营商环境工作,目前供电局低压业扩项目数量多,要求投产接电时间短,并提供先实施后结算服务.业扩项目现场勘查设计环节均由基层供电所工作人员执行,并现场制订供电设计方案后上报审批.目前仍使用查表、翻阅资料等传统的电杆、导线选型方式,但基层供电所人员业务水平不足,易导致勘查设计的电杆、低压导线选型不合理,造成投资浪费.因此开发一种低压线路电杆和导线选型计算工具软件,用户可输入相关的参数,精准地计算出电杆和导线.

Abstract

In order to fully optimize the electricity business environment and enhance the public's satisfaction with electricity services,considering the current high number of capital low-voltage power expansion projects initiated by the power supply bureau,with a requirement for a short time from project initiation to grid connection,and the prevailing practice of implementing projects before settling accounts,the on-site survey and design phases are handled by grassroots power supply substation equipment managers or area managers.They conduct on-site surveys and develop power supply design plans,which are then submitted for approval and project initiation.Currently,traditional methods,such as referencing tables and reviewing documents,are still used for pole and conductor selection during this process.However,the technical proficiency of personnel at the grassroots power supply substation is often insufficient,which can lead to improper pole and low-voltage conductor selection,resulting in investment wastage.Therefore,there is a need to develop a low-voltage line pole and conductor selection calculation tool(Software)that allows electricity consumers to input relevant parameters and accurately calculate the pole and conductor specifications.
