作为火力发电厂的主要设备之一,锅炉在运行中会造成大量的能源消耗,而在加快建设节约型社会的大背景下,火力发电厂需要将节能和环保理念全面融入锅炉的运行管理工作.全面实施锅炉节能降耗不仅可降低锅炉的资源浪费,提升锅炉的产出效能,同时对火力发电厂践行节能环保理念及实现自身的可持续性发展发挥着基础保障性作用.而目前火力发电厂在锅炉燃料效能、锅炉运行负荷及水管理、锅炉设备质量、锅炉运行控制等方面依旧存在诸多问题,制约着锅炉节能降耗的全面实施.文章针对锅炉选型、燃料选定、运行管理、动态化管理、新型技术、制粉系统、蒸汽利用与冷凝水回收等环节实施兼具创新性和实效性的优化对策,以此实现锅炉的节能降耗,为电能资源的节约发展探索有效的路径.
Research on Energy-saving and Consumption Reduction Strategies for Boilers in Thermal Power Plants
As one of the most important equipment of thermal power plants,boiler will cause a lot of energy consumption in operation,and under the background of accelerating the construction of a conservation-oriented society,thermal power plants need to fully integrate the concept of energy saving and environmental protection into the operation and management of boilers.The full implementation of boiler energy saving and consumption reduction can not only reduce the waste of boiler resources,improve the output efficiency of boilers,but also play a basic role in ensuring the implementation of energy conservation and environmental protection concepts of thermal power plants and realize their own sustainable development.At present,there are still many problems in boiler fuel efficiency,boiler load management,boiler equipment quality,boiler operation control,etc.,which restrict the full implementation of boiler energy saving and consumption reduction.In this regard,the paper implements innovative and effective optimization countermeasures for boiler selection,fuel selection,operation management,dynamic management,new technology,pulverization system,steam utilization and condensate water recovery,so as to achieve energy saving and consumption reduction of boilers and explore effective practice paths for the economical development of electric energy resources.
