摘要
2018年6月27日,某电厂1号机组在执行发电机首次并网前的假同期试验时,发电机95%定子接地保护动作,导致汽轮机跳机、发电机励磁开关跳闸,作业人员经过分析跳闸时序及故障波形,检查现场设备情况,最终确定保护动作原因为发电机定子95%接地保护所用PT二次侧发生短路.文章介绍了该电厂本次发电机95%接地保护动作原因及处理方法,以期为同类设备故障提供参考.
Abstract
On June 27,2018,during the false synchronization test of Unit 1 in a certain power plant before the first grid connection of the generator,95%of the stator grounding protection of the generator acted,causing the turbine to trip and the generator excitation switch to trip.After analyzing the trip timing and fault waveform,and inspecting the on-site equipments,the operator finally determined that the cause of the protection action was a short circuit on the secondary side of the PT used for 95%grounding protection of the generator stator.This article introduces the reasons and treatment methods for the 95%grounding protection action of the generator in the power plant,providing reference for similar equipment failures.
