Welding and Positioning Device and Operating Process for C-shaped Sealing Ring on the Upper Part of Sanmen Nuclear Power Shield Main Pump
Sanmen Nuclear Power Co.,Ltd.adopts an upper C-shaped sealing ring design between the stator baffle and pump casing of the shielded main pump,which has the advantage of zero leakage compared to traditional pressurized water reactor shaft sealed main pumps.The shielded main pump design does not disassemble,so the installation quality of the upper C-shaped sealing ring is the key to ensuring zero leakage.The article introduces the requirements,design scheme,feasibility analysis,and operation process of the welding positioning device for the C-shaped sealing ring on the upper part of the shielded main pump in Sanmen Nuclear Power Plant.
