摘要
在"碳达峰""碳中和"目标下,电网企业面临着绿色转型升级和高质量发展的需求.文章运用对标分析法梳理国内外先进绿色低碳电力企业的主要做法及实践经验,以广西电网为案例研究对象,通过对比发现其在绿色生产、绿色服务、绿色创新、绿色管理、绿色文化方面与其他一流企业之间的差距和提升方向,找准其绿色低碳发展的瓶颈和弱项.
Abstract
Under the strategic goal of reaching the peak of carbon and carbon neutrality,power grid enterprises are faced with the demand for green transformation and upgrading and high-quality development.This paper uses benchmarking analysis to comb the main practices and practical experience of advanced green and low-carbon power enterprises at home and abroad.Taking Guangxi Power Grid as the case study object,it finds the gap and improvement direction between it and other first-class enterprises in green production,green service,green innovation,green management and green culture through comparison,and identifies the bottlenecks and weaknesses of the company's green and low-carbon development.
