摘要

电力大数据作为大数据时代的重要数据资源,具有成为城市智慧治理关键组成部分的潜力和能力.文章探讨了利用电力大数据提升城市应急管理能力的潜力.实践证明,电力大数据在防灾减灾和高危行业安全生产发挥的作用愈加明显,电力大数据可以成为城市应急治理的宝贵资源.

Abstract

As an important data resource in the era of big data,power big data has the potential and ability to become a key component of urban smart governance.This paper explores the potential of using power big data to improve urban emergency management capacity.Practice has proved that power big data plays an increasingly obvious role in disaster prevention and reduction and safety production in high-risk industries,and power big data can become a valuable resource for urban emergency management.
