文章介绍了开发供电营业厅管控平台的过程和应用效果.该平台通过AI分析技术对营业厅的运营环境、标准化设施、自助业务办理终端运行情况及营业员素质技能情况进行实时监控和管理.通过对环境、设施、设备状态的智能识别和报修机制,以及对营业员素质技能的定期考核,实现了营业厅整体服务水平的提升和客户满意度的提高.
Abstract
This article provides a detailed introduction to the process and application effects of developing a power supply business hall control platform.The platform uses AI analysis technology to monitor and manage the operating environment,standardized facilities,self-service business processing terminal operation,and salesperson quality and skills in real-time.Through the intelligent recognition and repair mechanism of the environment,facilities,and equipment status,as well as the regular assessment of the quality and skills of salespersons,the overall service level of the business hall has been improved and customer satisfaction has been improved.
