Design Discussion of TYPE"C"Cable Attachment Testing Device
The application and development prospect of cable accessories(rubber plug)in infrastructure construction and the current situation of electrical performance test in production process are introduced.According to the demand of electrical performance test of cable accessories in market application,combined with the related problems encountered in the actual production process,this paper designed a test device for cable accessories which is widely used at present and conforms to the international standard EN 50181-2010《Plug-in type bushings above 1 kV up to 52 kV and from 250 A to 250 kA for equipment other than liquid filled transformers》Type"C"interface.The test device,based on the types and styles of the existing multi-specification combination test equipment,has an integrated design of its structure,which can solve the problems related to the combination of multiple products,unstable test,short service life and high test cost in the test.The structure and design concept of the new test device are described in detail,which improves the performance stability of the product,facilitates production replacement,and improves the test efficiency.It has been applied and verified in practice.
