目前,工作人员对不能直接接触到的电气设备进行测试或检修时,采取站在地面上使用常规高空接线钳将测试线连接到设备上的方法.以上操作易出现操作杆弯折、摇摆问题,导致工作人员难以将测试线准确挂至目标点等不良影响.文章所设计的便携智能连接高空接线装置,主要将传统高空接线钳改造成为更小型、易控、可远程智能接线的装置,同时安装了绝缘护套的操作杆,提高了自身的防晒、防雨能力.经现场试用,能够达到预期目标,具备智能化特点.
Design and Research of a New Type of Portable Intelligent High-Altitude Wiring Device
At present,when testing or repairing electrical equipment that cannot be directly contacted,staff adopt the method of standing on the ground and using conventional high-altitude wiring pliers to connect the test wire to the equipment.The above operations will result in bending and swinging of the operating rod,making it difficult for the staff to accurately hang the testing line to the target point and other adverse effects.Therefore,the portable intelligent high-altitude wiring device designed in this article mainly transforms the traditional high-altitude wiring pliers into a smaller,easy to control,and remotely intelligent wiring device.At the same time,an insulated and sheathed operating rod is installed to improve its sun and rain protection capabilities.After on-site trial,it can achieve the expected goals and has intelligent characteristics.
