配煤掺烧背景下高频次热控措施执行改进与优化

近年来,随着清洁能源发电的高速发展,火力发电的经营压力日益增大.为提升其经济效益,各大火电厂积极参与深度调峰,同时加大城市污泥、垃圾及劣质煤掺烧比例,但随之带来了设备故障和维护频次的不断升高.文章基于典型的给煤机断煤、粉管漏粉等高频缺陷处理,结合现有的控制回路硬件及DCS软件,提出相应的热控措施执行改进与优化方案,为设备维护的安全管理提供可靠保证,同时对电力现场安全管理自动化、智能化进行展望.
Improvement and Optimization of High-frequency Thermal Control Measures Under the Background of Coal Blending and Co Firing
In recent years,with the rapid development of clean energy power generation,the operational pressure of thermal power generation has been increasing;In order to improve economic efficiency,major power plants actively participate in deep peak shaving,while increasing the proportion of urban sludge,garbage,and low-quality coal co firing,which leads to an increasing frequency of equipment failures and maintenance.This article is based on the treatment of high-frequency defects such as coal feeder interruption and powder tube leakage,combined with existing control circuit hardware and DCS software,and proposes corresponding improvement and optimization plans for thermal control measures to provide reliable assurance for equipment maintenance and safety management.At the same time,it looks forward to the automation and intelligence of power field safety management.
