Design and Application of Temporary Pipeline for Flushing of DC Boiler in 350?MW Supercritical Thermal Power Unit
During the manufacturing, transportation, and installation of boiler superheaters, reheaters, and related pipelines in newly-built thermal power plants, there are residual impurities such as oxide skin, welding slag, and ash in the pipelines. These impurities can affect steam quality, and in severe cases, blockage of superheaters and reheaters can cause overheating and tube explosions;Foreign objects entering the steam turbine can easily damage the blades and cause accidents such as jamming of the main steam valve and intermediate connecting valve. In order to clean up these debris,it is necessary to use high-temperature and high-pressure steam to blow through these pipelines and take away the debris. This design scheme adopts a combination of a section of flushing pipe and a pressure reducing flushing pipe for flushing. The system is simple and practical, and after implementation,it effectively solves the problems of tight construction period and narrow site, and successfully completes the steam flushing work of the pipeline.
