The Implementation of Power Quality Monitoring Capabilities in Grid Observe Platform
This article describes the implementation of power quality monitoring capabilities in ICT-based Grid Observe platform.Data collection of Grid Observe platform is standard digital sampling,traditional power quality detection algorithm cannot directly use the sample data.The sampled data based dynamic linear interpolation,to meet the needs of frequency tracking and FFT calculation.The results are tested to meet the accuracy requirements of National Standards.
