锅炉是火电厂发展和运行中的重要组成部分,锅炉的稳定与安全运行,关系到火电厂的运营稳定性.在火电厂锅炉管理中,"四管"是指锅炉水冷壁,过热器、再热器和省煤器,若"四管"在应用时出现磨损问题,会导致锅炉泄漏.因此,应该结合火电厂实际情况,严格检查"四管".文章以某火电厂为例,结合"四管"泄漏的具体案例,深入分析火电厂锅炉"四管"防磨防爆检查重点,并制订切实可行的预防对策.
Abstract
Boilers are an important component of the development and operation of thermal power plants.The stable and safe operation of boilers is related to the operational stability of thermal power plants.In the management of boilers in thermal power plants,the"four tubes"refer to the water-cooled walls,superheaters,reheaters,and economizers of the boiler.If the"four tubes"encounter wear problems during application,it can lead to boiler leakage.Therefore,it is necessary to strictly inspect the"four pipes"in conjunction with the actual situation of thermal power plants.The article takes a certain power plant as an example,combined with a specific case of"four pipe"leakage,deeply analyzes the key points of wear and explosion prevention inspection for"four pipe"boilers in thermal power plants,and formulates practical and feasible preventive measures.
