核电厂BERNARD型号电动头常见故障分析及处理措施

摘要
电动头作为驱动阀门的执行机构,有许多优点,如驱动力矩大、动作时间短、易于远程控制、有各种保护功能等.同时也存在一些缺点,如结构复杂,易发生故障;电机运行要产生热,如果调节太频繁,易造成电机过热,产生热保护,同时也会加大对减速齿轮的磨损.某核电厂工程建设及商运期间,核岛BERNARD电动头出现诸多故障,文章从该类电动头的结构特点入手,对故障进行分析,并提出了一些预防及处理措施,以提高设备的运行可靠性.
Abstract
As an actuator for driving valves,electric actuators have many advantages,such as high driving torque,short action time,easy remote control,and various protection functions.At the same time,there are also some drawbacks,such as complex structure and easy occurrence of faults;The operation of the motor needs to generate heat.If adjusted too frequently,it can easily cause the motor to overheat,generate thermal protection,and also increase wear on the reduction gear.During the construction and commercial operation of a certain nuclear power plant project,there were many faults in the BERNARD electric head of the nuclear island.This article starts with the structural characteristics of this type of electric head,analyzes the faults,and proposes some preventive and treatment measures to improve the operational reliability of the equipment.
