After entering the period of Chinese path to modernization reform,thermal power enterprises have achieved the goal of cost saving,consumption reduction,quality and efficiency improvement and comprehensive output benefits through cogeneration.The new era is when such enterprises should continue to improve their total factor productivity at the stage of high-quality operation.The article uses this as a background to explain the phenomenon of high extraction temperature in the third stage of a 350 MW steam turbine unit of a certain non-ferrous metal limited company.The specific treatment measures are discussed from two aspects:technical transformation plan and treatment effect.
