Analysis of Abnormal Oil Color Spectrum of Main Transformer in a 110?kV Substation
The article introduces the situation where acetylene in the oil exceeded the standard during the routine test of the oil spectrum of the main transformer in a 110 kV substation. After the power outage, relevant tests were conducted on the transformer.Based on the analysis of relevant test data,it was found that the internal winding of the transformer was deformed and there was arc discharge. The dismantling of the transformer was verified, and the reasons for the internal faults of the transformer were analyzed.Measures to prevent transformer faults were proposed.
