Transformation of Coal Conveying System in Thermal Power Plants
Based on the development trend of intelligent control in thermal power plants and the high flexibility and reliability of coal conveying systems,research was conducted on the operating conditions of belts,silos/raw coal silos,and bucket wheel machines in coal conveying systems.This article takes the coal conveying system as the research object.By analyzing the potential fault points and causes of equipment within the system,integrating modern information transmission technology and component detection principles,a suitable transformation plan for equipment,software control,and communication redundancy of the coal conveying system is proposed to ensure real-time monitoring of the operating status of each equipment and accurate action,and to achieve safe and stable operation of the coal conveying system.
