发电机滑环装置在运行过程中会产生大量碳粉,因碳粉堆积可能导致碳刷打火、转子接地、极间短路等故障,危及机组的安全稳定运行.为解决这些问题,提高供电的可靠性,文章从多角度对滑环系统进行分析,最终得出加装一套碳粉吸收装置的设计方案,主要用来减少碳粉堆积,从而达到降低机组停机清扫次数及故障概率的目标.
Design of Carbon Powder Absorption Device for the Sliding Ring Room of Generator 6 at Dachaoshan Power Station
The generator slip ring device generates a large amount of carbon powder during operation,which may cause faults such as carbon brush ignition,rotor grounding,and inter pole short circuit due to the accumulation of carbon powder,endangering the safe and stable operation of the unit.To solve these problems and improve the reliability of power supply,this article analyzes the sliding ring system from multiple perspectives,and finally comes up with a design plan to install a set of carbon powder absorption device,mainly to reduce carbon powder accumulation,thereby achieving the goal of reducing the number of unit shutdowns and cleaning times as well as the probability of faults.
