随着社会经济的蓬勃发展及工业领域的不断进步,各行业对电力系统供电持续性和稳定性的要求越来越高.在发电站和各级变电站中,负荷的种类和运行工况越来越复杂,在关合和开断这些特殊负载时,会出现非常大的操作过电压和涌流,损坏设备的绝缘性能,导致故障率较高.文章通过对断路器关合和开断过程中应用选相控制装置的分析研究,同时结合工程实践,确定了选相控制装置的目标控制和温度补偿策略,即高压交流断路器能够在每一相的电压或电流过零点关合或开断这些负荷,降低过电压和涌流的不利影响,并通过自适应和补偿方案提高关合和开断目标点的精确度.
Analysis of Phase Selection Control for High Voltage AC Circuit Breakers
With the vigorous development of the social economy and the continuous progressing of industry,various industries have increasingly high requirements for the continuity and stability of power supply.In power plants and substations at all levels,types of loads and operating conditions are becoming increasingly complex.Overvoltage and surge current may be generated during making and breaking of these special loads,which can damage the equipment insulation performance and finally leads to an increase of failure rate.This article analyzes and reserch the application of synchronous controller in circuit breaker making and breaking process,at the same time,combined with engineering practices,the target control and temperature compensation strategies have been determined,that is,making and breaking these loads at zero crossing point of the voltage or current of each phase,reduce the adverse effects of overvoltage and surge current,and improve the accuracy of making and breaking target through adaptive and compensation strategies.
