换流站阀厅钢结构自动化监测方案研究与应用

我国较早期兴建的换流站服役至今近40 a,亟需进行设备的升级改造.如何保证在改造过程中安全顺利完成各项施工,是每个项目参与方都要思考的问题.文章以位于上海市奉贤区的葛洲坝—南桥直流输电工程±500 kV南桥换流站升级改造工程为依托,将结构自动化监测技术应用到本工程改造施工和后期运营过程,实践表明监测方案具备可行性,可供类似工程参考.
Research and Application of Automatic Monitoring Scheme for Steel Structure of Valve Hall in Converter Station
The converter stations built earlier in China have been in service for nearly 40 years and have reached the stage where equipment upgrading and renovation are urgently needed.How to ensure the safe and smooth completion of various construction projects during the renovation process is a problem that every project participant needs to spend a lot of time and energy thinking about.This article is based on the±500 kV Nanqiao converter station upgrade and renovation project of the Gezhouba to Nanqiao DC transmission project located in Fengxian District,Shanghai.The structural automation monitoring technology is applied to the renovation construction and later operation process of this project.Practice has shown that the monitoring scheme is feasible,providing reference for similar projects.
