Discussion on Homogenization Treatment of Tempered Glass Parts for High Voltage Insulators
The self-explosion rate of tempered glass insulator is one of the important indicators to measure the quality of its products.At present,China adopts the homogenization treatment technology to deal with tempered glass insulator parts to reduce the self-explosion rate of tempered glass insulator on the line.This paper introduces the production process of tempered glass insulating parts,analyzes the mechanism of homogenization treatment and the source of NiS,and studies the key points of homogenization treatment of tempered glass insulating parts,in order to reduce the self-explosion rate of tempered glass insulating parts and ensure the safe and stable operation of transmission lines.
