A Solution to the Problem of Fully Automatic Coal Sampling and Preparation in Coal-fired Power Plants
In this paper,the problems encountered in the process of automatic coal sampling and sample preparation in coal-fired power plants are analyzed in detail,including the unsteady operation of the automatic sampling machine and the automatic sampling machine,the blockage of coal mud,the poor representative of the automatic coal sample preparation,the failure of the dense sample barrel,the dust in the sampling room and the sample preparation room exceeds the standard,and the residual coal is easy to produce mixed samples,etc.The concrete solution is put forward,which can provide reference for the research of similar projects.
