Dynamic Analysis and Solution Measures of Small Steam Turbine of Induced Draft Fan
The shaft vibration of the small turbine of the double-drive induced draft fan of Unit 2 of Shanxi Luguang Power Generation Co.,Ltd.was abnormal during the test run.Check the steam system,shaft seal and drain system,steam exhaust system,slip system and differential expansion,body structure(shafting,cylinder and bearing box,flow section,valves,turning gear,etc.),insulation,temperature and pressure measuring points,connection bolts,and lubricating oil pipeline of the small turbine of the induced draft fan through vibration curve analysis.It is determined that the oil supply and return pipelines of the front bearing box of the small steam turbine of the induced draft fan have welded connection points with the small steam turbine platform,which affects the expansion of the small steam turbine.This is a typical abnormal bearing bush vibration caused by limited expansion.Through comprehensive investigation and treatment,the problem of abnormal vibration of small turbine bearing bush is solved.
