Research on Material Supply Issues of Electric Power Enterprises Under the Guidance of Supply Chain Management
In order to improve the material supply ability of electric power enterprises,this paper studies the material supply problem of electric power enterprises under the guidance of supply chain management.This paper analyzes the main problems in the material supply of electric power enterprises,including the high transaction cost of materials,the imperfect purchasing mechanism,the low efficiency of material supply and the shortage of supply management personnel.This paper discusses the significance of material supply under supply chain management,including reducing material transaction cost and improving customer service level.In view of the existing problems,the paper puts forward solutions,such as improving the supplier selection standard system,formulating reasonable supplier evaluation and assessment,building the intelligent material procurement platform,planning the material inventory management process.
