Development of Electric Intelligent Insulation Winder
The connecting parts of the live main line need to be wound and bundled for the lead operation.The existing manual wire winder with insulated rod method has high requirements on the skill level and physical strength of the operators,and the quality of the wire winder is poor.This paper develops the electric intelligent wire winder with insulated rod method,and introduces the selection of the electric intelligent mode and the structure of the wire winder.The field test shows that the electric intelligent insulation winder can effectively solve the high requirements for operators,improve the stability and efficiency of connecting operations,and reduce the acquisition cost of materials.
