摘要
本研究旨在设计一种基于灯泡贯流式水轮发电机组调速器液压油外泄漏监测报警系统,以解决水轮机调速器液压油外泄漏所带来的危害.介绍了灯泡贯流式水轮发电机组调速器液压系统的原理及构成;分析了调速器液压系统液压油外泄漏的特征及危害.设计了一种监测报警系统,阐述了其工作原理、构成、功能、特点及调试方法,并总结了研究的主要观点和意义.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to design a monitoring and alarm system for hydraulic oil leakage of turbine governor based on bulb tubular turbine generator set to solve the harm caused by hydraulic oil leakage.The principle and structure of the hydraulic system of the governor of bulb tubular turbine generator set are introduced.The characteristics and hazards of hydraulic oil leakage in hydraulic system of governor are analyzed.A monitoring and alarm system is designed,its working principle,composition,function,characteristics and debugging method are described,and the main viewpoints and significance of the research are summarized.
