Calculation and Application of Turbulent Load in Sector Division
The fatigue load of wind turbine has an important impact on its service life and structural safety.At present,in the simulation of fan load,the turbulence intensity of different wind direction sectors is usually equivalent,and the equivalent turbulence intensity is calculated.Only considering a certain wind direction,this method cannot reflect the real force state of the unit.The actual wind speed distribution and turbulence distribution are different in different wind direction sectors,and the unit receives different loads in each sector.According to a mountain project,the characteristics of wind resources in different wind direction sectors are fully considered,and the load of the fan tower is carefully simulated.The results show that the sector turbulence method can greatly reduce the fatigue load and is important to the fine design of the tower.
