摘要

通过层次分析法与模糊评价法综合评估船舶岸电系统,揭示其显著的环境改善效果和良好的经济回报潜力.构建的评价体系获得专家一致认可,证实岸电技术在综合效益方面的卓越表现.研究为岸电系统的科学实施提供了评价方法和实践指导,展望技术进步和政策支持下,岸电将助力航运业绿色转型.

Abstract

This study comprehensively evaluates the ship shore power system through the Analytic Hierarchy Process and Fuzzy Evaluation Method,revealing its significant environmental improvement effect and good economic return potential.The evaluation system constructed has been unanimously recognized by experts,confirming the outstanding performance of shore power technology in terms of comprehensive benefits.The research provides evaluation methods and practical guidance for the scientific implementation of shore power systems,and looks forward to shore power assisting the green transformation of the shipping industry with technological progress and policy support.
