Design of Leakage Protection System for Coal Mine Underground Power Grid Based on Fieldbus
Coal mines are an important component of China's energy industry,but due to the special nature of the underground environment,power grid leakage accidents occur frequently,posing a serious threat to the safety of miners'lives and property.Therefore,designing a reliable underground power grid leakage protection system for coal mines is of great significance for improving the level of coal mine safety production.This article is based on fieldbus technology and designs a feasible system solution for the leakage protection needs of underground coal mine power grids.By studying the characteristics and leakage protection principles of underground coal mine power grids,the functional requirements and performance indicators of the system are determined.Select sensors and actuators suitable for the underground environment,design corresponding hardware circuits,and use fieldbus technology to achieve data communication between sensors and actuators.The research results of this article indicate that the leakage protection system for coal mine underground power grid based on fieldbus has high practical value.It can not only timely detect the leakage situation of the power grid,but also monitor the operation status of the underground power grid in real time through an independent controller.Therefore,this system has important application prospects in the safety of underground power grids in coal mines.
