燃气锅炉的燃烧过程中,过量空气系数α过高或过低都会对设备及效率造成一定的影响,如何平衡各项指标是燃烧调整的关键所在.文章以太平能源站燃气锅炉某一时间段出现的特定负荷下的缺氧燃烧问题为例,分析了现象及本质原因,并针对性地开展燃烧参数调整工作,对比分析了调整前后的参数指标,达到了优化排放、节省成本的目的,为后续的持续优化改进提供了参考.
Research on Lean Control of Combustion Parameters in Gas Boilers
In the combustion process of gas boilers,the excess air coefficient α Both too high and too low can have a certain impact on equipment and efficiency,and balancing various indicators is the key to combustion adjustment.This article analyzes the phenomenon and underlying causes of oxygen deficient combustion in the gas boiler of Taiping Energy Station at a specific load during a certain period of time.Targeted combustion parameter adjustment work is carried out,and the parameter indicators before and after adjustment are compared and analyzed to achieve the goal of optimizing emissions and saving costs.It provides guidance for continuous optimization and improvement in the future.
