光伏电站无人机值守喷淋系统设计与应用

为实现大型产业园分布式光伏电站组件智慧化清洗,解决"上楼难""清洗难"问题,文章设计了无人机值守喷淋系统.该系统通过综合利用无人机卫星定位、灰尘监测、红外测温等技术,代替传统的环境测温、灰尘监测,实现定点、定向、定时对组件进行精准清洗及降温,从而保持组件表面清洁,防止组件高温引起火灾.
Design and Application of Unmanned Aerial Vehicle Duty Spray System for Photovoltaic Power Station
In order to achieve intelligent cleaning of distributed photovoltaic power station components in large-scale industrial parks and solve the problems of"difficult to go upstairs"and"difficult to clean",this article designs a drone duty sprinkler system.This system replaces traditional environmental temperature and dust monitoring by comprehensively utilizing technologies such as unmanned aerial vehicle satellite positioning,dust monitoring,and infrared temperature measurement.It achieves precise cleaning and cooling of components at fixed points,orientations,and timings,thereby maintaining the cleanliness of component surfaces and preventing high temperatures from causing fires.
