摘要
文章介绍了水冷壁壁面高温腐蚀特征和机理,结合1000 MW超超临界锅炉水冷壁壁面高温腐蚀问题,探究了造成该问题的原因,并提出了水冷壁壁面高温腐蚀的预防对策,以期为实际生产管理提供参考,确保锅炉安全稳定运行,提高燃煤电站的生产效益.
Abstract
The article introduces the characteristics and mechanisms of high-temperature corrosion on water-cooled wall surfaces,and explores the causes of high-temperature corrosion on water-cooled wall surfaces in 1000 MW ultra supercritical boilers.Preventive measures for high-temperature corrosion on water-cooled wall surfaces are proposed to provide reference for practical production management,ensure safe and stable operation of boilers,and improve the production efficiency of coal-fired power plants.
