Study on Stability and Mechanism of Reinforced Wire Rod with Carbon Fiber Cloth
In view of the situation that the bearing capacity of the inner pole of Daxia Hydropower station has been reduced after a long time of service,it is of great practical significance to strengthen the whole inner pole of the station. In this paper, the 220 kV linear rod in the station is selected as the research object, and the pressure bearing performance of the rod without reinforcement and reinforced with carbon fiber composite material(FRP)is systematically studied by using PFC software. The results show that the strength of FRP reinforced wire rod is increased by 1.69 to 2.50 times compared with unreinforced wire rod.The strain distribution of FRP reinforced wire rod is more uniform in the process of bearing pressure, while the maximum strain of unreinforced wire rod appears in the middle and upper part of the wire rod,and its stability is obviously weaker than that of FRP reinforced wire rod.In addition, this paper studies the number of different FRP reinforced layers, and the results show that the strength of the pole under single-layer reinforcement increases the most, but with the increase of the number of reinforced layers, the effect on the strength of the pole is not obvious. The research can provide some reference value for the related pole reinforcement project.
