摘要
供电营业厅作为电力行业的重要组成部分,承担着电力供应、用户服务及设备维护等关键职责.随着电力行业的不断发展,传统运维管理方法已难以满足日益增长的需求,迫切需要引入智能化技术来提升运维效率,降低运维成本,提高服务质量.文章旨在探究供电营业厅智能运维管理系统的关键技术和应用,以应对当前运维管理中存在的诸多挑战.
Abstract
As an important component of the power industry,the power supply business hall undertakes key responsibilities such as power supply,user services,and equipment maintenance.However,with the continuous development of the power industry,traditional operation and maintenance management methods are no longer able to meet the growing demand,and there is an urgent need to introduce intelligent technology to improve operation and maintenance efficiency,reduce operation and maintenance costs,and improve service quality.This study aims to explore the key technologies and applications of intelligent operation and maintenance management systems in power supply business halls,in order to address the many challenges in current operation and maintenance management.
