摘要

盘车系统是水电机组的重要组成部分,水电站在新时期应对其实施升级优化,实现提质增效、节本降耗等综合目标.文章以此为出发点,概述了智能盘车系统,并在介绍智能盘车系统及装置设计原则的基础上,分别从系统拓扑、组网通信、硬件设置、交互界面、盘车及计算方式5个方面出发,对智能盘车系统及装置进行探讨.

Abstract

The turning gear system is an important component of hydropower units.In the new era,hydropower stations should implement upgrades and optimizations to achieve comprehensive goals such as improving quality and efficiency,saving costs and reducing consumption.The article takes this as a starting point to outline the intelligent turning system,and based on explaining the design principles of the intelligent turning system and device,discusses an intelligent turning system and device from the aspects of system topology,network communication,hardware settings,interaction interface,turning and calculation methods.
