新型蓄热元件的传热与流动特性研究

文章针对传统的蓄热元件结构简单且热传导效率普遍较低的问题,研究了NF型搪瓷蓄热元件的传热与流动特性,与现有实验数据对比,验证蓄热元件的可靠性;通过三维数值模拟研究YH-HK/B10板型搪瓷新型蓄热元件的传热与流动特性,以期促进新型蓄热元件在发电厂建设中的应用.
Research on Heat Transfer and Flow Characteristics of New Thermal Storage Components
In response to the problem of simple structure and generally low thermal conductivity efficiency of traditional thermal storage components,this paper first studies the heat transfer and flow characteristics of NF type enamel thermal storage components,compares them with existing experimental data,and verifies the reliability of thermal storage components;Through three-dimensional numerical simulation,the heat transfer and flow characteristics of YH-HK/B10 plate enamel new thermal storage elements are studied,in order to promote the application of new thermal storage elements in the construction and operation of power plants.
