Improve the Coordinated Control and Optimization of Load Response Capacity of Coal-fired Units
In order to meet the performance assessment requirements of power grid AGC and primary frequency regulation,a control model based on advanced algorithms is introduced to optimize the coordinated control strategy.combining the ARX linear model describing typical operating points with fuzzy algorithms to achieve control of complex nonlinear variable operating processes in coal-fired power units.adopting an ARX algorithm based advanced prediction model for advanced control of main steam pressure and intermediate point temperature.the application results of 630 MW supercritical coal-fired units in Huadian Guigang Power Generation Co.,ltd.show that the unit's ability to respond to load commands quickly after optimization is enhanced.on the premise of achieving stable unit operating parameters,the speed and accuracy of AGC are greatly improved,and the primary frequency regulation meets the assessment requirements of middle note.
